Terms of Service

The service

This is an English translation provided for convenience; if it differs from the Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version prevails.

STEYG Code is an OpenAI-compatible API gateway: one base URL and one API key to use the models in our public catalog from Cursor, Cline, Claude Code, Codex CLI or your own client.

STEYG AI is a Vietnamese-language assistant on the same account. Other operational modules of STEYG One are offered as separate plans.

Account and API keys

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret. Every request that carries a valid key is treated as made by you and is charged to your budget.

If you suspect a key has leaked, delete it in the dashboard and create a new one. Deletion takes effect immediately for subsequent requests.

One account is for one user or organization. Sharing a key outside your own organization breaches these terms.

Budget and payment

STEYG Code plans are sold as a prepaid USD budget. Each request deducts exactly its measured token cost at the published rate, with no hidden fees and no intermediate credit unit.

When the budget is used up, the endpoint returns HTTP 402 and stops serving. There is no overage billing, so no invoice ever exceeds what you have paid.

Monthly plans run for 30 days. Yearly plans are charged at 10 months and are valid for 365 days; the plan's monthly budget is granted at the start of each 30-day cycle, and budget left unused in one cycle does not roll over to the next. Buying more while the current period is active adds the new budget to that period, and unspent budget is not lost.

The free trial grants a 5 USD budget for 7 days, once per account, requires no card and never renews automatically.

Prices and price changes

Per-model rates are published on the home page and at /llms-full.txt. Rates follow the list prices of the model providers.

When a provider changes its prices, our corresponding rate changes from the provider's effective date. The value of budget you have already bought does not change; only the number of tokens it buys does.

Refunds

Budget that has been spent is not refunded, because the inference cost has actually been incurred with the model provider.

For unspent budget, if the fault is ours — prolonged unavailability or an incorrect charge — contact us within 30 days of the transaction, with request IDs if you have them. We reconcile against our settlement ledger and refund the difference.

When a request fails before execution, the amount held for it is released automatically; that is an internal mechanism, not a refund request you need to send.

Operating commitments

A request runs on exactly the model you specify, or returns an error. We never silently switch to another model when the one you called has a problem.

We publish uptime per model, measured by probes independent of customer traffic, on the system status page — no login needed.

Current plans carry no SLA with compensation. The status page is public operating data, not a contractual commitment.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Create child sexual abuse material, or content that is unlawful under Vietnamese law
• Attack, scan or overload our systems or those of any third party
• Resell access as a competing gateway service without a separate agreement
• Circumvent technical limits, or use multiple accounts to obtain the trial again

Limitation of liability

Model output is probabilistic and can be wrong. You are responsible for checking results before relying on them for anything important, especially code deployed to production.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time simply by not calling it; there is no minimum term.

We may suspend accounts that breach the acceptable use section. When we suspend an account for a reason other than a serious breach, we refund the unspent budget.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation before being brought to the competent authority in Ho Chi Minh City.
